This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Desgaste normal
- Montaje incorrecto
- Corrosión
- Mantenimiento inadecuado
- Instalación de componentes, piezas o accesorios que no estén originalmente destinados o no sean compatibles con la bicicleta tal como se vende
- Daños o fallas debido a accidentes, mal uso, abuso o negligencia
- Cargos de mano de obra para el reemplazo o cambio de piezas
- Productos no patentados (cualquier otra pieza o componente original) cubiertos por la garantía original del fabricante
- Arañazos cosméticos o imperfecciones no estructurales en llantas o ruedas

This warranty applies to:
- Todas las bicicletas modelo 2022 y más nuevas
- Piezas y accesorios comprados después del 14 de diciembre de 2021.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the date of receipt. MIDONKEY is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state law. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.

Initiate A Warranty Claim
First things first. Contact an authorized retailer or distributor to initiate a warranty claim. Please call before going to the store to confirm the store's hours of operation.
